Ways To Reach Us

Six ways in, one destination: a licensed agent who can actually write the bond. Phone is always fastest when someone is sitting in custody.

Call Us — Fastest Option

A licensed bail agent answers directly, 24 hours a day. No phone tree, no call center, no callback queue. If someone is in custody right now, call first and fill out forms later.

Call (909) 643-8359

Text Message

Prefer to text? Send the defendant's name, date of birth, and the arresting city to the same number and an agent will reply. Standard message and data rates apply.

24/7 Contact Form

The form at the top of this page routes straight to an on-duty agent's phone. Include as much detail as you have — jail, charge, bail amount — and we'll come back with next steps.

Use The Form

Walk Into The Office

Our San Bernardino office sits minutes from the courthouse and a short drive from West Valley Detention Center. Walk-ins are welcome around the clock — see San Bernardino County for local booking detail.

Message us on Facebook if that's easier — we monitor it daily. For anything urgent, call instead; social messages are not a 24/7 channel.

Hours & Response Times

Bail doesn't keep business hours, so neither do we. What we can't control is the jail's own release queue — we tell you that realistic window up front instead of guessing.

Monday – FridayOpen 24 hours
Saturday – SundayOpen 24 hours
HolidaysOpen 24 hours
Phone responseAnswered live, typically on the first or second ring

Jail postingAn agent is dispatched as soon as paperwork and premium are confirmed

Release timing depends on the facility, not on us. Booking, medical clearance, and shift changes can add hours after a bond is posted — that's true at every agency. Estimate your cost first with the bail bond calculator, then call and we'll give you the honest window for that specific jail.

What To Have Ready

None of this is required to call — we can look most of it up. Having it handy just shortens the first conversation.

Full Legal Name & DOB

Jails index by name and date of birth. Nicknames and partial spellings slow the lookup down more than anything else.

Arresting Agency Or City

Knowing whether it was a city PD, the Sheriff, CHP, or a campus agency tells us which facility they'll be booked into.

Booking Facility

If you already know the jail — West Valley, Central, Theo Lacy, Twin Towers, Robert Presley — say so and we can skip straight to posting logistics.

Charge Or Case Number

The charge drives the bail schedule amount and tells us whether a judge has to review the bond before release.

Bail Amount If Set

If bail is already set, the 10% premium is fixed by state law. If it isn't set yet, we'll explain what to expect at arraignment.

Co-Signer Information

Most bonds need one indemnitor with steady income or ties to the area. Employment and contact details speed approval considerably.

Pricing is not a negotiation: California sets the bail premium at 10% of the bond under Cal. Ins. Code §1800, the same at every licensed agency. What we can flex is the payment plan — qualified co-signers start with as low as 1% down, often with no collateral.

Counties We Serve

Five Southern California counties, all worked out of our San Bernardino office. Call us regardless of where the arrest happened — if we can't post it, we'll tell you who can.

Each county publishes its own bail schedule, and each one is a little different: San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Orange. We read the current schedule before quoting anything.
